- Goliath is now on your iPhone, and new ways to find sellers
The Goliath iPhone app is here, with Ask Goliath, your inbox, calls and properties in your pocket. Also new: owner filters, drips that stop themselves when a property sells, and AI employees that attach files.
- Deals are now Pipelines, and simpler property filters
A few things have new names and new places, and nothing was lost. Also in this release: forms that branch, a tidier Fields page, and texts that send the moment you press Send.
- The new Goliath
A Dashboard you work through, Chat as a full page, one Automations map, and a Library for every file. Things moved to new homes, and nothing was lost.
- A new Dashboard, and calls that go out on the right line
Also in this release: the Suggestions page now lives on the Dashboard, workflows can loop back and update deals, custom fields can show only when they apply, and new filters for equity and listings.
- Pipeline automations moved into Workflows, and AI texts follow your own sending hours
Also in this release: approve AI emails before they send, a one-row Deals board with swimlanes, letters mailed from workflows, and probate, foreclosure and code violation records from more counties.
- Probate leads moved into Properties, and notification texts are now opt-in
