How do I map columns during an import?

After you select a source file, Goliath opens the import preview and review. Use that stage to verify how source columns are interpreted before data is created or a skip-trace run is confirmed.

1. Start from Library → Uploads → Upload data and select a source.
2. At What do you want to do with it?, choose the outcome you want.
3. At the preview/review step, inspect sample rows and the resulting fields.
4. Correct an available mapping or return to the source file to make the headers and values clearer.
5. Continue only when the preview matches the intended contacts, properties, or export input.

Avoid assuming that a familiar-looking header is always mapped correctly. Check phones, emails, and addresses especially carefully. An upload you left in review waits under Library → Uploads → Waiting on you; select it to pick up where you left off.
