Upload contacts

Open Contacts, choose Add contact, then select Bulk upload. This opens the source picker; selecting a source starts an import workflow but does not import anything by itself. You can start the same import from Library → Uploads → Upload data.

The Bulk upload source picker in the Create Contact dialog, with Spreadsheet File, Google Sheets, and the currently unavailable Airtable option.

Choose one source:

  • Spreadsheet File uploads a .csv, .xls, or .xlsx file from your computer.
  • Google Sheets imports from a public Google Sheets link. The sheet must be shared so anyone with the link can view it, and Goliath reads the first sheet/tab.
  • Airtable is labeled Coming Soon and cannot be selected. Export the shared view as a CSV, then use Spreadsheet File instead.

After you choose a source, follow the on-screen import workflow. Check the column headers, field choices, and preview before you use its final import or confirm action. That final action creates or changes organization records; it is the point to stop and correct a source file or mapping.

For Google Sheets, use a URL in the docs.google.com/spreadsheets/... format. If the sheet is not publicly accessible, the connection cannot be completed.

Every import is listed in Library → Uploads, with what each row became. Open it to see which rows were created, matched or skipped. See Review import results.

Use a .csv, .xls, or .xlsx spreadsheet file.

Yes. Select Google Sheets, provide a public Google Sheets URL, and make sure anyone with the link can view the sheet.

Not directly at present. The Airtable option is marked Coming Soon. Export the Airtable shared view as CSV and choose Spreadsheet File.
