Set up Slack

The current Integrations workspace.

Open the organization menu → Integrations, find Slack, and choose Connect Slack. Complete the Slack OAuth installation, then return to Goliath. When the card shows Connected, the organization-wide connection is active.

The Slack connection is what workflow Slack steps and form notifications post through. It does not route every Goliath event to Slack by itself: you choose what posts, and to which channel, in the workflow or form that sends it. To post when a property signal is detected in your counties, build a property workflow with the a property signal is detected trigger and a Slack step.

Maintain the connection

Section titled “Maintain the connection”
  • Choose Reconnect Slack if the Slack authorization needs to be renewed.
  • Choose the Disconnect Slack control only when the organization intends to stop future Slack posts from workflows and notifications. Disconnecting does not remove messages already sent to Slack.
