Dashboard tour

The Dashboard is Goliath’s home screen, the first row of the main sidebar. It greets you, counts what is waiting on you, and takes you through it with Catch up. It does not replace Inbox, Tasks, Calendar, Contacts or Pipelines; Catch up shows each item in place and links to the full record when you need it.

The Dashboard with the Catch up card, Coming up and the AI employees card

  • Alerts sit at the top when something is holding up your outreach, such as All outreach is paused or a calendar to reconnect. Each one says what is wrong and offers its next step.
  • The Catch up card says how many things are waiting, about how long they take, and counts them in six groups: People waiting, Missed calls, Questions (from your AI employees), Tasks due, Approvals and Your employees. Select a group to start with just that group.
  • Coming up: today’s meetings still ahead. Calendar opens your calendar.
  • You and your AI employees: what your AI employees did today. Manage opens them in Automations.
  • On a new account, progress chips under Coming up show your texting registration and when your workflows are ready to go live.

When nothing is waiting, the card says Nothing to catch up on.

Select Start catching up (or Keep going to pick up where you left off). Catch up shows one card at a time, most important first: a reply to send, a missed call, a question from an AI employee, a task, a contract to sign, a suggested change to approve, and so on.

A Catch up card with its decision bar and the contact’s context beside it

  • The bar under each card has its main action (such as Send, Sign or Approve), Dismiss, and sometimes Edit. A ▾ beside an action offers more ways to do it.
  • Later, or the › arrow, moves to the next card and leaves this one for another time. ‹ goes back.
  • The panel beside the card shows its Context: the contact, their activity and what the card is about. This sitting lists what is still open and what you have done.
  • The top bar shows your progress and about how much time is left. The back arrow returns to the Dashboard; whatever you did not finish keeps its place.

When the last card is done, Catch up says You’re caught up and lists what happened. Your AI employees keep working, and anything new lands back on the Dashboard.

On a busy day the card may offer Just the people waiting, which starts with replies only.

Organization admins see a switch at the top: Mine, and your teammates. Choose a teammate to see what is waiting on them. A teammate’s list is read-only: you can open each row’s contact, but you cannot clear it for them.

While your workspace is still being set up, see Set up your workspace. To hold every automated send, see Pause all automated sending.
