Invite, resend, or revoke a teammate invitation

The current People roster in Organization settings.

The current Invite member dialog.

  1. As an organization administrator, open the organization menu → Organization → People.
  2. Select Invite member.
  3. In Direct Invite, provide the recipient details and choose the role shown in the dialog.
  4. Select Invite to Team and review any seat notice before continuing.

The role picker offers Admin and Member. To limit what someone can see (an outside partner), invite them as a Member and set their permissions once they join. A direct invitation is only one option: the dialog can also generate a permanent invitation link. That link admits recipients as members when they accept it, and the UI notes that seat billing applies at acceptance rather than when the link is generated.

Find the invited recipient in the People roster and open that row’s actions. Choose Resend Invitation to send the invitation again, or Revoke Invitation to invalidate a pending invite. Both actions ask for confirmation.

Use an active member’s row actions to choose Change Role. For eligible non-admin members, Manage Permissions opens the capability controls; admins already have all capabilities and do not receive that control.

Choose Remove from team to suspend access rather than delete the person. The confirmation explains that the member keeps their account and credited history, stops consuming a seat, and can be restored from the roster. A paid extra seat they leave behind stays on the subscription until renewal, so it can be refilled without a new charge. It also calls out work that requires attention: open tasks are moved to the removing administrator and contacts assigned to the removed person can be left without an agent. Review the confirmation instead of assuming every assignment moves.

The People section shows the organization’s members, their answered numbers, and seat use. You do not need to buy seats before inviting: on an active paid subscription, when an invitee accepts after the plan’s included seats are full, Goliath adds one paid seat automatically. Buy seats lets you add capacity ahead of time; an organization with no plan must choose one first. For what each role can see and do, see Roles and permissions. For a member’s phone setup, open their phone-management action and follow Manage people, seats, and assigned numbers.
