Property Filter Ideas

Start in Properties → Filters with a specific sourcing question: an area, property type, ownership characteristic, listing status, or recorded signal. Apply a small number of criteria first, inspect representative results, then add more constraints only when they improve the set.

Useful patterns include combining a location with property characteristics, adding ownership or listing criteria to a known neighborhood, or using a recorded signal as a review queue. These are research starting points, not proof that an owner needs to sell, has a particular debt position, or has consented to contact.

Before a bulk action, verify the selected count and inspect individual property records. Save a repeatable search as a filter, or create a list when you need a fixed cohort.
