Change the Property Display and Columns

Choose a layout

On Properties, open Display in the toolbar to switch among the available list, split, and map layouts. The compact layout uses a map whenever a non-list layout is selected. Pick the layout that makes the next decision easiest:

• Use the list to scan many records and select rows for a bulk action.
• Use a split layout to keep the table and geography visible together.
• Use the map to focus on locations and open a property from a marker or map card.

Your selected layout is saved as a personal preference, so it follows you when you return to Properties.

Tailor the table

The same Display control lets you choose and reorder table columns. Keep the identifiers, ownership details, or other fields your team reviews most often near the start of the table. Changing your display does not modify the underlying property data or another teammate’s layout.
