Close and Reopen Deals

Close a deal with a final stage
Section titled “Close a deal with a final stage”A pipeline stage becomes a closing stage when an administrator marks it Final Stage in pipeline management and assigns the outcome Won, Lost, or Neutral. Move a deal into that stage from its record or by dragging it on the board. Final-stage columns are presented as closed stages in Deals.
Reopen or change a closed deal
Section titled “Reopen or change a closed deal”There is no separate Reopen deal action. Deals in final stages remain editable and draggable, including directly from one final stage to another. Move the deal to an active stage when work resumes, or select a different final stage when the outcome changes.
Archiving is different from closing a deal: archiving removes the record from active pipeline views, while a final stage classifies its pipeline outcome. Use Unarchive on the individual deal record to restore an archived deal.
