Use Email Templates and Attachments

The current communication composer.

Open an email composer for the contact or thread you are working. Use the email template picker to select a saved template. Goliath applies the template’s subject, body, and attached files to the current draft, then renders it against the available contact and property context.

Read the resulting subject, recipients, and body before sending. A template is a starting point, not a guarantee that every field is available or that the message fits the current conversation.

Use Attach files in the email composer to select one or more files. Use Insert inline image when the image belongs in the email body. The composer validates attachments against the sending mailbox’s limits, so remove or replace an attachment if Goliath rejects it.

The attachment picker can be unavailable in a read-only context. In that case, use an editable email composer rather than trying to alter a received message.

The composer indicates when the draft is being saved. Use Discard draft only when you intend to clear the draft’s recipients, subject, body, sender selection, and attachments. Otherwise, close the composer and return when you are ready to finish it.
