Manage your organization overview

Settings tour

Open the organization menu → Organization. The page opens with the organization’s name, logo, plan and head count, and a list of sections down the left side. Pick a section to open it. Every member can view the page; editing controls are available only to organization administrators.

The Organization page, with its sections listed on the left

The current inline organization-name editor, with Cancel and Save controls before any change is committed.

Each section in the list shows its current state beside its name: a count of people, teams or partners, a red dot on People while someone has no phone number, a green dot on Leads & sending (red while sending is paused), and whether the meeting notetaker is on. On a phone, the list is the first thing you see; tap a section to open it, and use Organization at the top to go back.

  • Profile: the organization name, logo and booking link under Identity, and the time zone under Locale. Use the logo control to select a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image. Use Billing & Plans when you need to change a subscription or purchase seats.
  • Areas of operation: the cities, counties, ZIPs and drawn areas your organization works in.
  • People for members, invitations, assigned numbers, and seat use.
  • Teams for team membership and team maintenance. Teams is shown to organization administrators.
  • Partners for cross-organization referral partnerships.

See Manage people, Manage teams, and Manage referral partners.

  • Leads & sending: who gets new leads (see Lead routing), Pause everything, and whether texts always skip do-not-call numbers.
  • Meeting notetaker: the Google Meet notetaker, its disclosure and enabled state, and the calendar invite address.

These settings are separate from your individual profile and time zone. Open the profile menu → My Profile to update personal information and preferences.
