A workflow didn't run
1. Is the workflow live?
Section titled “1. Is the workflow live?”Open the Workflows tab of Automations and find the workflow.
- A draft never runs. Open it and select Activate. If you see Fix these before activating, correct those items first.
- The workflows Goliath set up for you stay off until an admin taps Go live.
- Paused means a teammate stopped new records from entering. Resume restarts it.
- Suspended means Goliath stopped it. Open it to read why and what to do.
See Publish, pause, and resume workflows.
2. Did the record enter it?
Section titled “2. Did the record enter it?”Open the workflow’s activity list and search for the record. No run means the trigger didn’t match it. Check the trigger in the draft, or enroll the record yourself. See Configure workflow triggers and Manually trigger workflows.
3. What does the run say?
Section titled “3. What does the run say?”Open the run. Waiting to send is queued and continues on its own. Paused and Needs attention say what to fix; fix it, then use Resume and retry step. See Monitor and recover workflow runs.
