Properties with Incomplete Records
How Goliath decides
Section titled “How Goliath decides”Some property records have missing or partial identifying information. Goliath decides automatically whether to show them, based on what you are doing:
- No filter applied: every property shows, incomplete records included. Moving the map or drawing an area to search counts as no filter, so the map draws every parcel outline and an area search returns every property in it.
- Any filter applied (a signal, owner, value or any other criteria): only records that meet Goliath’s default completeness threshold show.
- A list: every property on it shows, incomplete records included, so an uploaded list is never short. A saved filter or shared link that was made with incomplete records included keeps them. Changing the filter returns to the default.
There is no switch to change this.
