Complete organization setup
How setup works
Section titled “How setup works”A new organization’s admin sets up Goliath in one conversation, on its own screen. Until setup is done, the rest of the app brings you back to it with Finish setup to open Goliath. It takes about five minutes. Settings and Billing stay open, so you can invite teammates and pay before you finish, and Sign out is always there.
The bar at the top shows two stages: About your business and Texting. The panel beside the conversation lists each step, what you confirmed for it, and what is still to come. On a narrow screen it folds into a progress strip under the top bar.
If you already talked with our team, setup starts from what you told us and says where each suggestion came from. Nothing is saved until you confirm it, and until setup is done you can correct any answer in the chat. Afterwards, your teammates, areas and texting are changed in Settings. You can ask a question at any point, and the open question waits for you while it is answered.
The steps
Section titled “The steps”- Your business: what kind of business you run. Pick the closest answer and add detail if you like.
- Your teammates: the people to invite, each with a role. Send invites emails them an invitation to join; Just me for now carries on without anyone.
- Your areas: the counties, cities or ZIPs you work in. Search for them, Paste a list of ZIPs, or Draw on the map.
- What you buy (optional): the property types and signals you look for, and anything else in your own words.
- Texting (optional): carriers require registration before you can text. Register with Goliath, connect a Twilio account you already have, or skip for now. Your AI employee can’t text owners until you register.
Teammates who join early
Section titled “Teammates who join early”A teammate who joins before setup is done sees that your workspace is almost ready, who is setting it up, and the steps as they are finished. They get in the moment setup is done.
After setup
Section titled “After setup”Setup ends with the Texting step, done or skipped. Goliath welcomes you, and Enter Dashboard opens your Dashboard, where the Getting started card offers guided projects, such as putting prospecting on autopilot or pulling your first list, until you start or dismiss them.
