A skip trace found no phone number

A skip trace looks up contact information for a property’s owner. It can’t find a phone number for every owner, and the address you trace from matters most.

Check where the results went

Skip trace from Properties, and Skip Trace & Export from an upload, make a file. Find it in Library → Downloads. They don’t create contacts.
Skip trace & contacts creates contacts. Look in Contacts.

Check the addresses you traced

Incomplete or badly formatted addresses find fewer owners. Before you trace a file, review the preview of the addresses Goliath will use, and remove duplicate or test rows.

Try one contact again

For a single contact, Contact options → Enrich looks the contact up again from a matched property or a verified mailing address, for one skip-trace credit. See Enrich a contact.
