How do I skip trace selected properties?

1. Open Properties and select the properties you want to research.
2. Choose Skip trace in the bulk action bar.
3. Review the selection and the credit confirmation.
4. Find the result in Library → Downloads when it is ready.

Use Skip trace & contacts only when you want the result to create contacts; plain Skip trace gives you a file of lookup results.
