Tasks tour

Open Tasks from the main sidebar. The workspace groups work into tabs such as Today, Overdue, Future, and Completed. Choose a tab to focus on the appropriate time horizon, then open a task for its details and linked context.

The Tasks workspace header showing Today, Overdue, and Future tabs, row-selection controls, and the Grouped view control.

Tasks are completed or incomplete. An overdue item is not a separate stored workflow state; it is an incomplete task whose due date has passed.

Use the task’s Complete action when the work is done. Completed tasks appear in the Completed view and can also be surfaced in the appropriate time-based view. If the task is not actually finished, use the available action to mark it incomplete rather than creating a duplicate reminder.

The list supports selection and bulk actions where they are available. Review the selected count before applying a bulk completion action.

Tasks can be created from the Tasks workspace and from related records or workflows. When you create one, provide a clear title, due date, and assignee if the form asks for them. Link it to the relevant contact, property, or deal when that context is available so the person completing it can find the right record.

Automations can also generate tasks. Treat an automation-created task as normal work: it can be reviewed, completed, or reopened in the Tasks workspace.
