Webhooks have moved to Workflows
Webhooks now live in workflows: open Automations in the main sidebar and select the Workflows tab. The Webhooks card on the Integrations page only points there.
- Receive data: an event workflow starts from a webhook. Its trigger shows the URL an external service sends to, and the workflow’s steps decide what happens with each request.
- Send data: add a Send webhook step to a contact, property, deal or appointment workflow to post a record to an external URL.
Webhooks created on the Integrations page
Section titled “Webhooks created on the Integrations page”Every switched-on URL created from the old Webhooks card was moved onto a workflow of its own, named after the URL’s label, in a Webhooks folder. The URL did not change, so nothing needs to be updated in the service that sends to it. Contacts sent to it are created or updated exactly as before, and the workflow then runs with that contact: add steps to it to follow up automatically.
Pausing that workflow stops its steps, but contacts keep arriving. Deleting the workflow turns its URL off. Treat a webhook URL as a credential.
See Inbound response workflows to build the follow-up.
