Choose an Outbound Call or Text Line
Review the From line every time
Section titled “Review the From line every time”Both call and text composers show a From selector. Goliath offers only eligible lines available to you; your own or permitted teammate lines can appear depending on the organization policy. Select the line you intend to use before beginning the call or sending the text.
For calls, the selector can show a line’s holder and area. For text messages, it shows SMS-capable numbers only and marks a primary number when one is configured.
When the selector has no available number
Section titled “When the selector has no available number”An empty call selector means no connected phone number is available for calling. An empty text selector means no connected number attached to the messaging service can send SMS. These are setup states, not messages to bypass with another contact method.
