Skip Trace Properties and Create Contacts

Select the right property set

Use filters, a list, or the map to focus the Properties results. Select rows to open the bulk action bar. You can work with an explicit row selection or the available option to select matching results; confirm the count before starting a trace or export.

Choose the intended action

The Properties bulk bar offers three related actions:

Action	Result
Skip trace	Runs the owner lookup and prepares a property export.
Skip trace & contacts	Runs the owner lookup and creates contacts from the selected properties.
Download file	Exports the selected property data without starting the owner-lookup flow.

Create contacts from properties

1. Select the properties you want to work.
2. Choose Skip trace & contacts.
3. Review the selection and the available confirmation details in the export flow.
4. Complete the request, then review the created contacts in Contacts before beginning outreach.

Goliath can apply the action in the background for a larger selection. Treat lookup results as data to review, not proof of an owner’s preferred contact method or permission to contact them.
