Enrich a Contact
Before you enrich a contact
Section titled “Before you enrich a contact”Enrichment is a credit-gated action. For one contact, the current enrichment dialog requests one skip-trace credit. It also needs a matched property or a verified mailing address; if the contact has neither, the dialog explains that you must add one first and keeps Enrich unavailable.
Goliath describes enrichment as adding properties, emails, phone numbers, and a summary of available information to the contact profile. Review the resulting contact record after the request completes instead of assuming a particular field or number of results.
Enrich one contact
Section titled “Enrich one contact”- Open the contact from Contacts.
- Select Contact options and choose Enrich.
- If the dialog presents more than one eligible address, select the address to use. Otherwise, the dialog uses its eligible address automatically.
- Review the displayed credit requirement and available-credit status.
- Select Enrich only when you are ready to spend the credit.

Enrich selected contacts in bulk
Section titled “Enrich selected contacts in bulk”Select contacts in the table and choose Enrich from the bulk action bar to prepare a batch enrichment. The batch panel asks for an export file name, a skip-trace address preference (Mailing address, Property address, or No preference), and displays the credit requirement for the selection. Starting the batch creates the enrichment export flow, so review the contact count, file name, address preference, and credits before confirming.
