Pipeline automations moved into Workflows, and AI texts follow your own sending hours

Also in this release: approve AI emails before they send, a one-row Deals board with swimlanes, letters mailed from workflows, and probate, foreclosure and code violation records from more counties.

Custom data pipeline automations moved into Workflows

Section titled “Custom data pipeline automations moved into Workflows”

Slack, webhook and skip trace automations set up on a custom data pipeline’s page are now property workflows in your Workflows list, with their run history, and keep running. Nothing is broken.

Automated texts follow your own sending hours

Section titled “Automated texts follow your own sending hours”

Texts from workflows and AI employees now go out within the sending hours set on the step or employee, without last week’s extra 8 AM to 9 PM limit. Outbound calls still keep to those hours in the lead’s time zone.

Filters show as chips beside a + Filter menu, and a View menu holds Board or List, swimlanes, sorting and full screen. The Select button is gone: hover a card to check it. A stage menu has Start workflow, and the old option is now Run deal workflow.

Tasks sit at the top and the dashboard refreshes itself. Unread shows leads on an open deal, and new Positive replies and Handed to you groups show who needs you.

Conversations with contacts who replied STOP, are on your do-not-text list or are marked Do Not Contact are hidden by default. The Opted out filter shows them. The suggested meeting time banner above the text box is gone.

Appointment workflows run for each contact

Section titled “Appointment workflows run for each contact”

An appointment workflow now runs once per contact on the appointment and starts when a contact is added. A teammate being added is no longer offered as a trigger, and most workflows using it were switched over.

Approve AI texts and emails before they send

Section titled “Approve AI texts and emails before they send”

An AI employee’s Texts and Email settings each have an approval switch. Held messages wait in the inbox and on the contact page, where you approve, edit or discard them.

Admins can connect Open Letter Connect in Settings, then Integrations. A contact workflow can then mail a letter with the Send physical mail step.

Swimlanes, sorting and lead sources on Deals

Section titled “Swimlanes, sorting and lead sources on Deals”

The board can split into swimlanes by a dropdown field and sort by any field. Cards show where a lead came from, including the phone line they called, and which workflow or AI employee is working them.

A deal lists each contact’s workflows with Pause and Resume, starts a contact workflow for the sellers you tick, and offers Archive and Do not contact. Moving a lead to a dead stage offers to pause its workflows.

The dashboard’s What’s running section shows what is sending, what is not and why. Admins can Pause everything to stop all automated sending until resumed. A call or letter already under way may still go out.

Goliath’s in-app assistant, marked Beta, is now in every workspace, and a table it shows can be downloaded as a CSV.

Create workflow offers Property, started by a new signal or one of your data pipelines. The Send webhook step now works in deal and appointment workflows and can send only the fields you choose.

An AI employee can transfer a call to a teammate. A team can ring everyone at once, first to accept wins. Incoming calls show which of your named numbers was dialed. On a phone you can fill in the caller’s deal mid-call and switch to speaker.

Choose when an employee hands a lead to you, email teammates when it books an appointment, and let it archive spam callers. When someone says it reached the wrong number, it stops texting just that number.

Admins can turn on Always skip do-not-call numbers when texting in Settings, then Organization. A reply clearly asking you to stop now opts the contact out like STOP. Bulk enrollment warns when your numbers cannot send everyone a first text within three days.

Presets apply a whole filter set in one click. New filters cover estimated rent, lien and judgment amounts and foreclosure debt. Stories, Years of Ownership and Equity % are more accurate.

The Contacts filter can use a contact’s property details, such as school district, owner type, occupancy, auction date and signals.

A text that could not send now stops the run with a reason instead of skipping ahead, and a text waiting on a daily limit waits rather than being dropped. Sending schedules can set different hours for each day.

Notification settings show only switches that work, and alert texts come grouped every 10 minutes. Form emails list every answer and where the lead found you. ReadyMode can be connected under Integrations. You can set your booking link name, and the Ask AI step offers newer models.
