Probate leads moved into Properties, and notification texts are now opt-in

Also in this release: foreclosure records from more counties, step-by-step counts on your workflows, a redesigned workflow builder, and automated texts that keep to daytime hours.

The Probate Leads page has closed, and its link now opens Properties filtered to probate and intestate records. Properties has four probate columns, Will Status, Decedent, Probate Case and Probate Filed, which you can turn on from Display and which appear by themselves when you filter on probate.

Notification texts are now off unless you turn them on

Section titled “Notification texts are now off unless you turn them on”

Alerts about missed calls, texts to your number, AI employee updates and note replies now reach you by email, grouped together so they do not arrive one at a time. Texting these alerts to your own phone is off by default, and anyone who never changed the setting has been switched over. To get texts again, turn them on in Settings, then Notification preferences. Nothing is broken if the texts stopped.

Automated texts and calls keep to daytime hours

Section titled “Automated texts and calls keep to daytime hours”

A workflow’s send window now follows your organization’s time zone, unless the step is set to the contact’s time zone or a custom one. On top of that, every automated text, including AI employee texts, and every outbound call to a number in the US, Canada or a US territory waits for 8 AM to 9 PM in the lead’s own time zone, read from their area code. Other numbers, including toll-free ones and those in Caribbean countries, have no time zone to read and are not held to those hours. A call list skips a lead outside those hours without using up an attempt.

Calls to an unassigned number ring your admins

Section titled “Calls to an unassigned number ring your admins”

An incoming call to a number nobody owns now rings your admins in turn instead of telling the caller nobody is available. A callback to a number you called from a market caller ID rings the teammate who placed the call.

A workflow’s Ask AI step offers newer models from OpenAI and Anthropic, and the older OpenAI models are retired. The step can also read a deal’s description.

Foreclosure lawsuits, notices of default and lis pendens now come in from courts and county recorders in: Charleston and Lexington counties, South Carolina; Lancaster, Monroe, Westmoreland and Washington counties, Pennsylvania; Milwaukee, Dane, Waukesha, Racine and Brown counties, Wisconsin; Salt Lake, Utah, Weber and Washington counties, Utah; counties across Maryland; Lake and Clark counties, Indiana; Bridgeport, Colchester, Lebanon and Salem, Connecticut; Massachusetts Land Court filings statewide, with orders of notice in Middlesex, Hampshire and northern Essex; Nevada County, California; Suffolk County, New York; Montgomery County, Ohio; and Hernando County, Florida.

Sale dates for properties heading to auction now come in from: the Charleston and York County sales in South Carolina; Cumberland County sheriff sales in Pennsylvania; Clark County sheriff sales in Indiana; trustee sales across Utah and Tennessee; trustee sales in Georgia, Mississippi, Texas and Illinois; newspaper sale notices in Walker County, Alabama; and Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Genesee and Kent counties in Michigan.

Estate and federal tax liens in Essex County, New Jersey

Section titled “Estate and federal tax liens in Essex County, New Jersey”

Estate liens, federal tax liens and notices of settlement recorded in Essex County, New Jersey now appear on the properties they name.

Properties whose owner was known but which were missing one background detail used to be left out of search results. They now appear, so searches and filters return more of the properties that match.

See how many contacts reached each workflow step

Section titled “See how many contacts reached each workflow step”

A published workflow’s canvas now shows how many contacts passed along each connection, how many are waiting at each step and how many hit an error. Text and email steps show how many were sent, delivered, failed or bounced, and opening a step shows its Performance section.

In the inbox you can star a conversation and filter to Starred. Mark handled takes a thread out of Needs reply until the contact texts again.

Switch the inbox between your conversations and your team

Section titled “Switch the inbox between your conversations and your team”

If you can see every line, the inbox has a Mine or Team switch, and admins choose the default under Settings, then Phone, then Routing. The inbox also remembers your last Status choice and whether automated and AI messages are hidden.

You can record a voice note in the text composer and send it as a text, and audio a contact sends you plays right in the conversation.

You can build a workflow that starts when an appointment is created. On a run, View appointment opens it in the calendar.

Choose who your AI employee books with and notifies

Section titled “Choose who your AI employee books with and notifies”

An employee’s settings have a Books with section: whoever is on the contact, one teammate, or several teammates sharing the bookings. A Notifies section sets who hears about positive replies, appointment requests, requests for a person, opt-outs and your own rules.

Templates now holds task sets and files. You can upload files to a template folder, keep a template’s attachment in the library, and start a contact’s tasks or a workflow’s task step from a saved template or set.

Pause or resume workflows for many contacts

Section titled “Pause or resume workflows for many contacts”

Select contacts, open More, and choose Pause workflows. Resume restarts only the runs that were paused by hand.

In Settings, then Phone, an admin can name a number, and the name then shows in the inbox, the From picker, transfers and the timeline. Each number can send its missed calls to its own AI employee, and a Text health column shows how many recent texts carriers filtered. The old health column is now called Call health.

Create a contact from a deal, and move a deal from a contact

Section titled “Create a contact from a deal, and move a deal from a contact”

Every add-contact picker on a deal has Create new contact, filled in from what you typed and linked to the deal. On a contact’s Deals card, in the inbox side panel or on the contact page, each deal has a stage dropdown.

Call from the right number for each market

Section titled “Call from the right number for each market”

A call list’s settings have a Caller ID option that calls each contact from your number for their market, read from a column in a Workflow Table. When it has to fall back to another number, the call header says why.

Keyword filters and archiving in text workflows

Section titled “Keyword filters and archiving in text workflows”

The text comes in trigger can filter on keywords and shows which contacts it would have started for. There is also a new Archive contact action.

Every workflow now uses the redesigned builder. Each step opens in the same layout: who it reaches, when it runs, and what happens if it cannot run. Adding a step starts from a short list of the actions that workflow uses most, and a readiness card lists in plain words what still needs fixing before you publish.

A suspended workflow now names the cause in your workflow list and offers the fix, such as removing a number and resuming, reviewing new wording, restarting your plan or fixing a step.

The Ask AI panel in the workflow editor can write trigger and step filters, read and edit Workflow Tables, and use property filter fields. It can enroll everyone who already matches a trigger, keeps any save you made while it was working, and can explain why something did or did not happen.

You can ask an AI employee in its chat to start work, for example to text a contact now. It asks you to confirm first, and takes up to 200 contacts at a time.

A banner appears when your AI credits fall to 500 and says your AI employees will pause when they run out. The low-balance email now arrives reliably.

A skip trace that finds the owner but no phone number for them no longer uses a credit. Refunds that did not go through the first time are now settled every hour.

Route form leads by market, and hear about every submission

Section titled “Route form leads by market, and hear about every submission”

A form can use a table to pick a lead’s agent, team, workflow and stage by county, state or ZIP code, and the builder warns you when the routing cannot work. Every submission now emails the assigned agent, or all admins when nobody is assigned, and each person can turn that off in Notification preferences.

AI employees answer sooner and lose fewer replies

Section titled “AI employees answer sooner and lose fewer replies”

An AI employee now answers an incoming text right away instead of waiting behind drip texts on the same number. A reply held up by empty credits or an interruption is still sent afterwards, the employee no longer texts over a teammate who already replied, and when one number has opted out it tries the contact’s other number.
