Goliath is now on your iPhone, and new ways to find sellers
The Goliath iPhone app is here, with Ask Goliath, your inbox, calls and properties in your pocket. Also new: owner filters, drips that stop themselves when a property sells, and AI employees that attach files.
Goliath for iPhone
Section titled “Goliath for iPhone”Goliath is now an iPhone app. Ask Goliath is the centre tab, and Home opens as a chat. Search properties and see equity, then add one to a list or skip trace it from the property screen. Your inbox and calls are there too, and when a lead calls your regular cell number, their name shows on the call. Find it in the App Store as Goliath Data.
New filters for finding motivated sellers
Section titled “New filters for finding motivated sellers”Filter properties by Deceased owner on title, Tired landlord and Long-time owner, with quick filters for condos, townhouses, mobile homes, apartments, commercial and vacant properties. On contacts, Awaiting Reply finds the people whose last text or email to you nobody has answered yet.
Drips that stop when the property sells
Section titled “Drips that stop when the property sells”A workflow can now stop on its own once a contact’s property leaves foreclosure or sells, so you stop texting people who no longer need you. It is off by default: turn on Contact’s property leaves foreclosure or sells in the workflow’s exit conditions.
Auction dates in your messages
Section titled “Auction dates in your messages”Workflow texts and emails, team alerts and saved templates can insert Auction Date, the contact’s next scheduled foreclosure sale, from the Foreclosure group of the insert menu.
AI employees can attach files, with room for longer instructions
Section titled “AI employees can attach files, with room for longer instructions”AI employees can attach files from the contact’s Files tab or your content library to the emails and texts they send or suggest. Their instructions can now run to 40,000 characters.
Your recent chats on Home
Section titled “Your recent chats on Home”Home lists your five latest chats under Coming up, and Recent chats opens the full list. Chats also show up in search, so an old conversation with Goliath is one search away.
Forms that branch, with their own endings
Section titled “Forms that branch, with their own endings”A multi-step form can jump to a later step or finish early based on an answer, and each form can have several endings, each with its own final screen, workflows, AI employees, tags and lists. A form you send to one contact opens with their details filled in and saves the answers on that contact.
Texts send instantly, and calls go to the right number
Section titled “Texts send instantly, and calls go to the right number”A text from a contact shows the moment you press Send, and if it cannot go out it says why and offers Retry, so nothing is lost. When a lead calls from their second number, the Call button on their contact dials that number back.
Things that moved, and nothing was lost
Section titled “Things that moved, and nothing was lost”Deals is now called Pipelines. Company settings are in the menu at the top of the left rail and your own, such as My Profile and Notifications, are at the bottom. The property filter menu has seven sections with one search box, and Manage on Properties and Contacts shows saved filters and lists in folders. Contacts, then Manage, then Fields is one compact table, and most fields can be hidden from the contact record.
