Marketing Campaigns

Campaigns is bulk, personalized outreach for real-estate investors. You bring in your contacts, register the messaging you’ll send, compose a text drip sequence, and launch it under a verified business identity — then track every send and reply from one place.

The whole feature lives under one Campaigns nav item with a tabbed shell. Each tab is a stop on the journey from “who do I want to reach” to “how is it performing”:

  • Overview — every campaign across every identity, filterable by channel.
  • Inbox — replies from every campaign, in one thread view.
  • Registrations — your business brands and the messaging carriers have approved.
  • Analytics — cross-campaign performance over a time window.

Five ideas do most of the work. You’ll meet each one as you build a campaign:

  • Identity & brand — every message goes out under a registered business identity (your LLC). Its carrier registration and identity score set the deliverability ceiling for everything it sends.
  • Purpose — a registered use case plus the exact first two messages that go out on your behalf. Carriers vet these, and every campaign attaches to exactly one purpose.
  • Contacts — the people a campaign texts. You enroll them by uploading a CSV to the campaign, in the Editor. Each campaign owns its own contact set.
  • Sequence — the drip of message “touches” the campaign sends — the first immediately, follow-ups only if the contact hasn’t replied.
  • AI auto-reply — an assistant that answers inbound replies in your voice, then hands off the hot ones to you and drops the bad-fit ones.

Clicking New campaign opens a short, full-page builder. Its only job is to establish what channel, under what registered purpose. It always creates the campaign as a Draft — nothing is ever sent from the builder. You add your contacts and write the actual messages afterward, in the Editor.

  1. Choose a channel and name it

Give the campaign a name (for example, Absentee owners — Q2 push) and pick Bulk texting. All channels share one campaign model — the same contacts, sequence, sending identity, and analytics — so what you learn here carries across every channel as they come online.

  2. Pick a campaign purpose

Every campaign sends under a registered purpose: its use case plus the first two messages that carriers vet and then send, word-for-word, on your behalf. You either reuse an existing purpose (send right away — its opening messages are fixed) or create a new one (write fresh openers; carriers review before you can launch).

The four use cases are Lead follow-up, Appointment reminders, Account notifications, and Mixed marketing.

  3. Create the campaign — you land in the Editor

Create campaign saves the draft and drops you onto its Editor tab. That’s where you enroll contacts (by uploading a CSV), build the message sequence, and set up the AI auto-reply before launching.

  • Building your campaign — the Editor: your contacts, the message sequence, and the AI auto-reply. This is where a draft becomes a real campaign.
  • Analytics — read delivery, reply, and intent performance across campaigns.
  • The Live Console — watch a send happen in real time.
