REISkip Pricing: $0.15 a Match, No Subscription, and What to Check
Pay-as-you-go skip tracing is simple to price. The harder question is what you get per dollar.

Key Takeaways
- REISkip charges a flat $0.15 per match with a 50-match minimum, no subscription and no setup fee, so a 1,000-match list costs $150.
- REISkip's pricing page labels the $0.15 rate as introductory pricing on both the Bulk (50 matches) and Volume (1,001 matches) tiers, so Volume gives no discount today; Custom is by quote.
- REISkip's FAQ says it cannot refund an upload of the wrong file and may delete lists left unused for 12 months.
- Goliath's Ramp plan costs $1,499 a month and includes 5,000 skip traces, about twice REISkip's $750 for 5,000 matches, with a CRM, dialer, texting and five seats included.
- BatchLeads Growth at $119 a month equals about 793 REISkip matches, and PropStream Essentials plus Connect at $129 equals 860; below those volumes REISkip costs less.

REISkip pricing is a flat $0.15 per match, with a 50-match minimum and no subscription or setup fee. You only pay for matches, so a 1,000-match list costs $150. REISkip calls that rate "introductory" and "for a limited time," so confirm it on REISkip's pricing page before you plan a budget around it.
What are REISkip's pricing tiers?
REISkip's pricing page shows three tiers: Bulk, Volume and Custom. Two of them currently charge the same rate.
Tier | Price | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
Bulk | $0.15 per match | 50 matches |
Volume | $0.15 per match | 1,001 matches |
Custom | Call for a quote | Not stated |
Bulk and Volume list the same features: property data, phone numbers, email addresses, Skip Trace Triangulation (its name for pulling from several data sources) and customer support. Since both tiers cost the same today, Volume gives you no discount yet. Ask about Custom if you run large lists every month, because that is the only tier where the price can move.
How much does REISkip cost by list size?
The math is simple, which is the charm of per-match pricing.
Matches | Cost at $0.15 |
|---|---|
50 (minimum) | $7.50 |
500 | $75 |
1,000 | $150 |
5,000 | $750 |
10,000 | $1,500 |
25,000 | $3,750 |
Remember that this is cost per match, not cost per list row. If you upload 2,000 addresses and 1,500 match, you pay $225. Your monthly bill can also be zero, and that is where a pay-as-you-go service earns its place. Someone who traces a list every few months is not paying for idle software. The trade-off is that you supply the list, and you also supply whatever you use to call, text and track the replies.
What does REISkip's fine print say?
REISkip's FAQ answers several cost questions directly:
- Wrong list, no refund. If you upload the wrong file, REISkip says it cannot offer a refund. Check the file twice, especially with a long list.
- Inactive lists get purged. Lists older than 12 months since your last skip trace with them may be deleted. Download what you want to keep.
- LLCs. REISkip says it runs those skips without the company name to find someone tied to the property, who may be the owner or a tenant. Expect some of those numbers to reach the wrong person, and plan your script for that.
- Address data. The minimum is street, city and state. It recommends the mailing address, plus first and last name and zip, for better results.
Getting started takes four steps, according to its how it works page: open a free account, choose a payment method, upload a CSV, and map your columns. The FAQ says lists update within minutes.
Two things we did not find on the pricing page or FAQ: a published hit rate or accuracy figure, and any mention of Do Not Call scrubbing. REISkip's FAQ says its data quality is "second to none" and its blog says it taps big data companies such as LexisNexis and TLO. Before a large run, ask support for numbers, or measure them yourself.
How does REISkip compare with Goliath, PropStream and BatchLeads?
Goliath is listed first because these criteria go past the trace itself: where the list comes from and what happens to the record next. If all you need is phone numbers on a list you already own, REISkip is the simpler and far cheaper fit.
Goliath | REISkip | PropStream | BatchLeads | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Model | Monthly plan | Pay per match | Monthly plan plus add-ons | Monthly plan |
Contact data price | 5,000 traces in Ramp at $1,499/mo; no charge for misses | $0.15 per match | 12 cents a contact, or free with Connect from $30/mo | Included on saved leads; 10,000 a month on Growth at $119/mo |

When does per-match pricing beat a subscription?
Use the subscription price as your break-even. BatchLeads Growth at $119 a month equals about 793 REISkip matches. PropStream Essentials plus Connect at $129 equals 860. Trace fewer than that in a typical month and REISkip costs less, even before you count the months you trace nothing. Trace more, and a plan starts to look better on price alone, assuming you want the rest of what it includes.
When is a platform worth the premium over REISkip?
At 5,000 matches a month, REISkip costs $750. Goliath's Ramp plan costs $1,499, about twice that, and includes 5,000 skip traces plus 10,000 texting credits for opted-in contacts, a built-in CRM, a dialer and five seats. Its published figures are a 99% match rate and 85% accuracy, with misses free. Match rates are about the same across tools, so compare accuracy.
So the real question is whether you would use those extras. If you already run a CRM and a dialer you like, the extra $749 buys little. If you are paying separately for list data, a dialer and texting, or if your team retypes results between tools, a single plan could be worth a look. It carries a premium price and has no free trial or cheaper solo plan, so it is not the place for someone tracing one list a quarter.
How can you test REISkip for under $10?
The 50-match minimum makes a cheap test possible.
- Take 50 owners you already know something about, ideally a mix of absentee and owner-occupied.
- Skip them through REISkip for $7.50.
- Call the top number on each and mark right person, wrong person, or dead.
- Divide $7.50 by the right-person count. That is your cost per owner reached.
Run the same list through any other tool you are considering, and the cost-per-match headline stops mattering. A cheaper match that reaches fewer owners can cost more per conversation. Our guide to finding valid phone numbers covers what to look for in the results, and batch skip tracing with automation covers what to do once a list is back.
Can you call the numbers REISkip returns?
No. A traced number comes with no permission to call it. The FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule guidance sets a 31-day sync with the Do Not Call Registry for covered sellers, and penalties can reach $53,088 per violation. Since we found no mention of scrubbing in REISkip's pricing or FAQ, plan how you will handle it. Ask your lawyer whether an offer to buy a house counts as telemarketing, and treat calls and texts as covered while you wait for the answer. This is not legal advice.
