5. Google User Data and Google API Services
If you connect your Google account (for example, Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Drive) to the Service, we may access certain Google user data as authorized by you through Google’s OAuth consent process. We access and use this data only to provide and enable the features you request — for example, syncing contacts, email, or calendar events.
Goliath Data’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Consistent with those requirements, we do not use Google user data for advertising; we do not sell Google user data; we do not transfer it except as necessary to provide or improve the requested features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. Humans do not read your Google user data except with your consent for specific support requests, where necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
