PropStream CRM: Does PropStream Have a CRM?
It tracks what happened to a property, which covers more than you might expect and less than a seller pipeline needs.

Key Takeaways
- PropStream does not sell a CRM under that name: Goliath Data's November 5, 2026 read of its pricing, features, Connect, Campaigns and FAQ pages found no use of the word CRM.
- PropStream does offer CRM-style tracking: status dropdowns, tags, notes, team assignment and campaign reporting, which suit one person calling a list and sending postcards.
- Dialer Campaigns and Lead Automator come with PropStream Connect, included on Pro ($199/mo) and Elite ($699/mo) and a $30 monthly add-on for Essentials ($99/mo).
- The practical way to move PropStream leads into a CRM is a file export that includes notes, statuses, tags and team assignments.
- Goliath starts at $1,499/mo (Ramp) with 5 seats and 5,000 skip traces, and has no free trial or cheaper solo plan.
Goliath Data publishes this guide, and Goliath is one of the services listed. We checked PropStream, Goliath, REsimpli and Follow Up Boss on their own sites on November 5, 2026, and any of it can change.
PropStream has no CRM that it sells under that name. If you searched "PropStream CRM", here is the honest picture: PropStream has property status, tags, notes, team assignment and campaign tracking, which handle light follow-up, but its own materials talk about exporting leads into your CRM.
We read its pricing, features, Connect, Campaigns and FAQ pages and did not find the word CRM on any of them. The one PropStream page we read that uses it is a Dialer Campaigns walkthrough, which mentions downloading campaign leads "for review or importing them into your CRM".
What CRM-style features does PropStream have?
Plenty, as long as you think of them as tracking around a property. Here is what PropStream documents.
Job | What PropStream offers | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
Log an outcome | Status dropdown such as Left Message, Not Interested, Follow Up | Dialer Campaigns calling card |
Organize leads | Preset and custom tags | Status/Tags on Property Details |
Keep history | Notes, status and tags sync to the property record and exports | Dialer Campaigns |
Divide the work | Assign team members to specific properties | Dialer Campaigns |
Store people | A My Contacts area you can call from | |
Measure outreach | Calls, emails sent and opened, postcards delivered | Campaigns |
Watch a list | Lead Automator scans saved lists and alerts you |
For one person calling a list and sending postcards, that may be plenty. A status, a tag and a note are most of what a lightweight tracker does.
The catch is plan level. Dialer Campaigns and Lead Automator come with PropStream Connect, included on Pro ($199/mo) and Elite ($699/mo) and a $30 monthly add-on for Essentials ($99/mo), according to its pricing page and cost breakdown.
What CRM features is PropStream missing?
Here is what we looked for on those pages and did not see. Something missing from a marketing page is not proof it does not exist, so ask PropStream if any of these decides the purchase.
- Texting. Calls, email and direct mail are listed. Text messaging is not.
- Deal stages. Status tracks a call outcome. We did not see a pipeline board running from lead to contract.
- Automated multi-step follow-up. Lead Automator is described as monitoring lists and triggering alerts and outreach actions by your criteria. We did not see a documented sequence builder for a seller conversation.
- Inbound seller history in one thread. Notes attach to the property, which is handy, but the pages do not describe a single conversation record across channels.
- A listed CRM connector. Its FAQ names BatchDialer and LoanGeek integrations, neither of which is a CRM. We did not find a CRM integration on those pages.
BatchDialer is worth a note. PropStream's Campaigns page lets you push leads to it for calling beyond the 150 calls a day built in. Coverager reported that Stewart-owned PropStream acquired both Batch Leads and Batch Dialer, so its toolset may keep changing.
How do you get PropStream leads into a CRM?
The practical route is a file. PropStream's walkthrough says notes, statuses, tags and team assignments are included in exports, which makes the handoff fairly clean.
- Save your filtered list to My Properties, then skip trace it.
- Run your first calls in a Dialer Campaign if you use one, so outcomes land on the record.
- Download the campaign leads as a file.
- Map columns in your CRM's importer: owner name, phones, emails, mailing address, property address, status and tags.
- Keep the tag or list name as a source field, so you can tell later which list produced a conversation.
- Dedupe on property address and owner before you start a campaign.
- Pick a home for updates. Two systems holding two versions of the same seller is how follow-ups get lost.
Watch your limits while doing this. Essentials allows 25,000 saves and exports a month, Pro 50,000 and Elite 100,000, and PropStream sells extra exports from 10 cents each.

What are the options if you need a real CRM?
Goliath comes first here because its CRM, dialer, texting and data sit in one subscription, so there is no file to move. The other two are real alternatives with lower price tags.
Option | Starts at | Fits |
|---|---|---|
$1,499/mo (Ramp), 5 seats, 5,000 skip traces | Teams that want signals, CRM, dialer, texting and AI voice follow-up together | |
$249/mo billed yearly (Solo), 14-day free trial | Investors who want CRM and phone system in one app | |
$69/user/mo, calling add-on $39/user | Agents and small teams focused on lead follow-up |
Goliath. Lists come from signals such as pre-foreclosure, probate, tax delinquency, equity and tenure, with the source kept on each record. Refresh timing varies by source and market. Command Center keeps contacts, conversations and next steps together, and David, the AI voice agent, hands a conversation to your team with the seller's history attached. There is no free trial or cheaper solo plan, so it is a premium call. Already on another system? See how Goliath connects with other CRMs.
REsimpli. Its pricing page says every plan gets every feature, which makes comparing easy. The page also lists skip tracing, so check whether you would still need PropStream at all once you price it out.
Follow Up Boss. Its plan page pitches agents and small teams organizing and engaging with leads, so expect to bring your own list source. Yearly billing brings Grow down to $58 per user.
So which setup should you run?
Keep PropStream alone if you make modest call volume, work solo and can live without texting. Status, tags and notes will carry you.
Pair it with a CRM once several people touch one seller, or once follow-ups run longer than a couple of weeks. The extra subscription is cheap next to a lost conversation. For more on choosing one for investing, that guide goes wider.
Move to one system when the exports themselves become the job. A weekly ritual of downloading, mapping and deduping is a sign you are paying people to be the integration.
What outreach rules apply to calls and texts from a CRM?
A CRM will happily queue up a text the law may not allow. PropStream flags DNC and known litigator numbers on its skip traces, which helps but is not a compliance program. Whether an offer to buy a house counts as telemarketing is one for your lawyer, so handle calls and texts as covered, and start with the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule guide. This is not legal advice.
