searchContactTags
Search contact tags and lists. tags are free-form TAGS.
Search contact tags and lists. tags are free-form TAGS; lists, uploadTags and exportTags are LISTS (the last two from imports and exports), each with folderId (listFilterFolders). Neither kind accepts the other’s ids. "The X list" may be either kind: an exact name wins, else offer both kinds and never pick. A tag id feeds updateContact addTagIds/removeTagIds or addContactTags/removeContactTags (renameContactTag/deleteContactTags maintain it); a list id feeds addToListIds/removeFromListIds or addContactsToList/removeContactsFromList (renameContactList/deleteContactLists).

The example sends only what the schema requires. Some operations also need one of several optional variables (one filter or another, say); the description above says which.
Response
What comes back under data: a list shows as one entry, and a value as its type.
