contactListUsage
EVERY list in ONE call, import uploads.
EVERY list in ONE call, import uploads ("Contacts from … .csv", kind UPLOAD) and exports included, emptiest first: contactCount (unarchived you see), orgActiveContactCount / orgArchivedContactCount and isEmpty (no unarchived contact in the org; null unless you can view all contacts). onlyEmpty and kinds narrow it. Use instead of a countContacts per list. Tags are contactTagUsage.

The example sends only what the schema requires. Some operations also need one of several optional variables (one filter or another, say); the description above says which.
Which kind of list: one people made, an import's upload list, or an export's list.
Default false.
Response
What comes back under data: a list shows as one entry, and a value as its type.

insufficient_scopeThe key lacks the scope the operation requires.
forbiddenA referenced record does not exist, was deleted, or is outside your organization. The gateway cannot tell those apart.

A read. It rejects an Idempotency-Key header with 400 bad_request.
