Best AI-Powered CRM and Follow-Up Software for Real Estate Agents in 2026

A real estate agent closes a deal with a motivated seller in half the time it took six months ago, not because of luck, but because AI-powered CRM software flagged a life event signal that competitors missed. Today's top agents aren't just managing leads faster; they're identifying the right prospects before traditional methods surface them. The difference between a full pipeline and a slow quarter often comes down to which tools an agent chooses.

Real estate prospecting and follow-up have always been labor-intensive. Agents spend hours on manual outreach, spreadsheet tracking, and repetitive tasks that don't close deals. AI-driven CRM platforms now automate much of this work, qualifying leads, timing follow-ups, and surfacing high-intent prospects, while freeing agents to focus on conversations that convert. For investors and agents operating on tight marketing budgets, the right software can multiply deal flow without multiplying spend.[2]

This article reviews five of the best AI-powered CRM and follow-up platforms built for real estate professionals in 2026. We'll break down each platform's core strengths, ideal use case, and pricing so you can match your workflow and budget to the tool that will actually move your business forward. Most agents prospect only from public listings and repeat calls to old leads, missing the homeowners actively signaling intent to sell before they ever list, Goliath Data monitors real-time life events like foreclosures and job changes to surface motivated sellers at the moment they're most likely to move.

TL;DR

• AI-powered CRM platforms automate lead qualification, prospecting, and follow-up to help agents identify motivated sellers and close deals faster without scaling marketing spend.
• The best tools combine predictive lead scoring, intelligent follow-up automation, and integrations with existing agent workflows to reduce manual admin and focus time on high-value conversations.
• Most agents underestimate the ROI of AI follow-up, consistent, automated outreach to past leads and cold prospects often yields more deals than chasing new marketing channels.

1. Goliath Data: AI-Powered Seller Data & Automated Prospecting for Real Estate Agents

Visit goliathdata.com

Goliath Data is a CRM and prospecting platform built specifically for real estate agents and investors who need to identify and contact motivated sellers at scale. The platform combines property records, owner data, and MLS filters with built-in calling, texting, and email, eliminating the need to juggle multiple tools. It's designed for agents who want to automate the entire seller-discovery and follow-up workflow without hiring additional staff.

Here's the thing: most CRM platforms treat real estate as an afterthought. Goliath Data flips that. The platform includes David, an AI agent that finds distressed sellers, initiates contact, qualifies leads, and books walkthroughs, all without manual intervention. This removes the bottleneck between data and action that costs agents weeks of follow-up time per month.

The platform delivers skip-traced owner contact details, access to distress lists (pre-foreclosures, tax delinquencies, probates), advanced workflow automation, and real-time activity metrics. Integrations with Google, Facebook, and CallTools let agents layer in additional lead sources. All calling, texting, and email happen inside the platform, so conversations stay logged and searchable.

The first paid tier, Ramp, includes core seller data, 2,500 DNC-checked skip-traces per month, basic workflows, and three team seats. The Growth plan adds niche distress lists, 10,000 skip-traces monthly, and the David AI agent for fully automated prospecting and qualification across five seats.

2. Lofty

Lofty homepage

Lofty is a CRM platform designed specifically for real estate teams and agents who need to manage lead pipelines, automate follow-up sequences, and track deal progress without manual data entry. It's built for agents and small brokerages that want centralized visibility across their entire prospecting and closing workflow, from initial contact through closing.

Here's the thing: most CRMs treat real estate as a generic sales process. Lofty bakes in real estate workflows, property details, transaction stages, buyer/seller intent signals, so agents spend less time configuring and more time prospecting. The platform connects lead sources, automates task reminders, and surfaces motivated sellers based on behavioral triggers rather than requiring manual qualification.

The platform includes lead capture and routing, automated follow-up sequences, contact management with property history, task automation tied to deal milestones, and integration with popular real estate data sources. Teams can set up conditional workflows so that leads matching specific criteria (e.g., absentee owners, recent price drops) trigger targeted outreach without agent intervention.

Lofty's Core Plan starts at $449 per month and supports up to three users, making it accessible for solo agents and small teams. Larger teams can scale to the Advanced tier at $649 per month for up to ten users, reducing the per-agent cost as the team grows.

3. ReadyMode

ReadyMode homepage

ReadyMode is a cloud-based dialer and CRM platform built for real estate teams and small call centers. It combines predictive dialing with lead management, targeting agents and wholesalers who need to reach motivated sellers at scale without hiring additional staff. The platform is designed for teams of five or more, where supervisor monitoring and agent performance tracking become critical.

Here's the gap most tools miss: ReadyMode layers real-time call recording, automated compliance logging, and supervisor dashboards on top of its dialer engine. This means agents spend less time on manual CRM entry and compliance paperwork, the system captures and logs calls automatically, so they can focus on conversations and closing deals.

The platform delivers unlimited outbound minutes, a built-in CRM for lead and contact management, real-time call monitoring for supervisors, and integration with existing workflows. Agents see instant call outcomes, lead status updates, and follow-up reminders within the same interface, reducing context-switching and lost leads.

ReadyMode starts at $199 per user per month. This covers the core dialer, CRM, and call recording; teams of five or more can access the iQ plan at $249 per user per month for advanced analytics and team management features.

4. BoomTown

BoomTown homepage

BoomTown is a full-stack CRM and lead-generation platform built for real estate teams and brokerages that want to automate prospecting, nurture leads at scale, and manage the entire sales pipeline from a single dashboard. It combines contact management, task automation, and AI-powered follow-up workflows to help agents stay on top of leads without manual busywork.

Here's the gap most tools miss: BoomTown doesn't just track leads, it generates them. The platform integrates lead sourcing directly into the CRM, pulling prospects from multiple channels and automatically routing them to the right agent. That means you're not juggling separate tools for prospecting and follow-up; the entire funnel lives in one system with built-in accountability reporting so brokers can see which agents are actually working their leads.

BoomTown delivers lead management with contact tracking, pipeline organization, and task scheduling. Agents get SMS, email, and call capabilities for client communication, mobile app access for on-the-go updates, and reporting dashboards that surface agent activity and lead status. The platform also automates follow-up sequences and integrates with popular real estate tools to keep data flowing across your tech stack.[3]

BoomTown starts at $1,000/mo for its core CRM and lead-generation suite. Note that the platform also requires a minimum advertising budget of at least $1,000 per month to fund lead generation through channels like Google Ads and Facebook, so total cost of ownership includes both the software subscription and the media spend needed to fill the pipeline.

5. CINC

CINC homepage

CINC is a real estate CRM and lead generation platform built for agents and teams who want a unified system for prospecting, follow-up, and deal management. The platform combines AI-powered lead capture with built-in advertising tools, eliminating the need to juggle separate services. It's designed for agents who prioritize automation and consistency in their pipeline.[3]

Here's the thing: most CRM platforms force agents to source leads separately, then plug them into a disconnected system. CINC bundles lead generation directly into the platform, advanced Google and Facebook advertising, lead capture, and CRM workflows operate as one integrated engine. This eliminates handoff delays and ensures every prospect flows seamlessly into your follow-up sequence.

The platform delivers automated lead nurturing, contact scoring, and task management to keep follow-up consistent. Agents benefit from pre-built workflows, mobile access for on-the-go prospecting, and reporting dashboards that track pipeline health. Lead generation is included in all pricing tiers, so you're not paying separately for prospect sourcing.

CINC's core plan starts at $900/mo and includes lead generation, CRM functionality, and advertising management. The pricing model is straightforward, no hidden per-lead fees or separate charges for the advertising tools that drive your pipeline.
