Batchleads Alternative Real Estate Prospecting

Most real estate agents and investors spend weeks chasing leads that never convert—cold calling lists, outdated databases, and generic CRM follow-ups that blend into the noise. The result is wasted time, shrinking margins, and deals left on the table. Finding motivated sellers who are actually ready to sell remains one of the hardest parts of the business, regardless of marketing budget.

The challenge isn't a lack of data. Public records, tax assessments, and demographic signals exist in abundance across federal and state sources. The real bottleneck is knowing which signals matter most and how to prioritize them into a workflow that actually closes deals. Real estate professionals need a system that separates serious prospects from tire-kickers without requiring a larger marketing spend.[3]

This article explores what a purpose-built real estate prospecting platform can do differently than generic alternatives. We'll cover how life-event data signals work, what features matter for automation and follow-up, and how to evaluate whether a tool is truly built for agents and investors or just a repackaged database subscription. Most prospecting lists go stale the moment they're pulled because they miss the life events that actually trigger a sale — Goliath Data monitors real-time foreclosure notices, tax delinquencies, and family changes to surface sellers before they list, so agents reach motivated prospects while intent is still hot.

TL;DR

• BatchLeads alternatives like Goliath Data use public records and demographic data to identify motivated sellers and distressed properties at scale.
• These platforms automate list building and follow-up workflows, letting agents and investors focus on closing deals rather than manual prospecting.
• The key trap: choosing a tool based on price alone—the best fit depends on your deal flow volume, property type focus, and integration needs.[2]

1. Goliath Data: All-in-One CRM and AI-Powered Prospecting for Real Estate Agents and Investors

Goliath Data is a full-stack real estate prospecting platform built for agents and investors who want to skip manual list-building and focus on closing deals. The platform combines a purpose-built CRM with AI-powered lead generation, automated follow-up, and direct-mail integration—all designed to help you find motivated sellers faster without hiring additional staff or increasing ad spend.

Here's the gap most tools miss: they force you to choose between a CRM or a data platform. Goliath Data bundles both, plus an AI assistant called David that automates skiptracing, list qualification, and drip-campaign management. You get property data, seller contact info, and automated outreach in one workflow—no jumping between five different tools or waiting days for leads to be usable.

The platform includes calling, texting, email, and direct-mail capabilities; AI-powered skiptracing with 2,500 monthly credits; automated drip campaigns; deal tracking and activity logging; and integration with major ad platforms. Advanced users can access niche lists like probates, preforeclosures, and tax-delinquent properties. For hands-off prospecting, the Done-For-You service handles list pulling, multi-channel outreach, lead qualification, and ongoing follow-up.

The CRM + Data plan starts at $299/mo and includes list building, skiptracing credits, drip automation, and the AI assistant. For agents or teams wanting full-service support, the Done-For-You offering runs $2,999/mo. Annual billing saves two months. A no-upfront-fee Blackbook program lets top producers earn zero-fee exclusive listing appointments, paying only on close.

2. Skip Genie

Skip Genie is a skip-tracing and data lookup platform designed for real estate professionals who need fast, accurate contact information on property owners and motivated sellers. Built for agents, wholesalers, and investors, it streamlines the prospecting phase by pulling verified phone numbers and addresses from public records, eliminating hours of manual research and cold-calling dead leads.

Here's the gap most tools miss: Skip Genie combines skip-tracing with reverse phone and address lookups in a single interface. Rather than toggling between separate databases, agents can start with a property address and instantly surface owner contact details—or work backward from a phone number to find owned properties. This dual-direction lookup cuts the friction out of lead qualification.

The platform delivers batch lookups for bulk prospecting, allowing you to upload lists of addresses or phone numbers and retrieve owner contact information in minutes. Results include verified phone numbers, email addresses, and property ownership details pulled from public records. The tool integrates with CRM systems, so qualified leads flow directly into your follow-up workflow without manual data entry.

Skip Genie starts at $58/mo. The pricing is straightforward—no per-search fees or surprise overages—making it predictable for agents scaling their prospecting volume without inflating their marketing budget.

3. REsimpli

REsimpli is a real estate CRM and prospecting platform built for agents and investors who need to identify motivated sellers and manage follow-up at scale. The platform combines lead sourcing, skip-tracing, and contact data to help you build a pipeline of off-market opportunities without relying solely on paid advertising or traditional MLS searches.

Here's the gap most tools miss: REsimpli integrates lead discovery with CRM workflow in a single dashboard. Rather than juggling separate prospecting tools and contact managers, you source leads, verify phone numbers and email addresses, and move them into automated nurture sequences—all without switching platforms. That continuity cuts friction and keeps deal momentum moving.

The platform includes property data lookup, skip-tracing to surface phone and email for hard-to-reach sellers, bulk lead import, and customizable drip campaigns. You can filter prospects by property type, ownership history, and equity position, then automate follow-up via email, SMS, and voice calls. Integration with popular CRMs and dialer tools extends functionality for teams managing multiple agents.

REsimpli starts at $149/mo for the base tier. That covers core lead sourcing and CRM features; higher tiers unlock advanced analytics, priority support, and API access for teams scaling outbound prospecting across multiple markets.

4. PropStream

PropStream is a property data and skip-tracing platform designed for real estate investors and agents who need fast access to motivated-seller leads. It aggregates public records, tax data, and ownership information to help you identify distressed properties, pre-foreclosures, and off-market opportunities without manual research.

Here's the gap most tools miss: PropStream combines property intelligence with direct contact data in a single platform. Rather than hunting across multiple databases for deed records, then separately sourcing phone numbers and emails, you get both layers integrated—so you can move from list to outreach within minutes, not hours.

The platform delivers property detail pages with ownership history, equity estimates, and lien records. You can filter by criteria like recent transfers, code violations, or tax delinquencies to narrow your target list. Skip-tracing pulls phone and email contacts tied to property owners, and bulk export functions let you send leads directly to your CRM or dialer for immediate follow-up.

PropStream starts at $99/mo. That entry tier gives you access to core property search and skip-tracing, making it a cost-effective alternative if you're running a lean operation or testing the platform before scaling up your prospecting workflow.

Here's the gap most tools miss: BatchLeads combines property records with skip-tracing and automated dialing, so you're not just finding leads—you're reaching them immediately. The platform prioritizes speed and automation, letting you batch-process outreach campaigns across multiple properties in a single workflow rather than managing leads one by one.

The platform includes property research tools, skip-tracing to locate contact information, built-in dialing and SMS capabilities, and batch-upload workflows. You can filter properties by equity, ownership tenure, tax delinquency, and other distress indicators, then launch multi-channel follow-up sequences without switching tools.

BatchLeads starts at $119/mo for the base tier, which includes core lead data and outreach features. Higher tiers unlock additional data sources and higher calling volumes, making it accessible for solo agents while scaling for larger teams and wholesalers managing high-volume campaigns.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of motivated sellers can I find with prospecting tools?

Prospecting platforms surface homeowners facing life events or financial pressure—foreclosure notices, tax delinquencies, job changes, and family transitions—that often signal motivation to sell. These signals help you identify prospects before they list publicly, giving you a head start on competition. Tools aggregate public records and real-time data to flag these opportunities at scale, letting agents focus on the highest-probability leads rather than cold calling entire neighborhoods.[1]

How does automating follow-up help close more deals?

Automated follow-up systems—calls, texts, emails, and appointment scheduling—ensure no lead falls through cracks due to timing or human oversight. When a prospect is identified, immediate outreach captures attention while motivation is highest. Consistent, timely contact builds trust and keeps your deal in the pipeline longer, increasing the odds of conversion without requiring manual effort for every touchpoint. This frees your time to focus on negotiation and closing rather than administrative tasks.[3]

Can I use these tools without increasing my marketing budget?

Yes. Prospecting platforms replace broad, expensive marketing campaigns with targeted outreach to pre-qualified, motivated sellers. Instead of paying for ads to reach thousands of uninterested prospects, you invest in data and automation to reach a smaller, higher-intent audience. This shift from volume-based to precision-based prospecting typically reduces cost per deal while improving conversion rates, making your existing budget work harder.[2]

Where can I get real-time motivated-seller data and automation in one platform?

Goliath Data monitors real-time life-event signals—foreclosure notices, tax delinquencies, job changes, family changes—to surface homeowners most likely to sell before they hit the market. Its AI assistant David handles inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, texts, emails, and appointment scheduling automatically, so you never miss a lead. The platform also includes a full CRM and pipeline management, combining lead discovery and automated nurturing in a single tool.
