View as Markdown

Delete an owner's intake assignment for good (its people, teams, employees, workflows and rotation place); a line then falls back to the org default, and an ORG clear deletes that default, so a line with none of its own assigns nobody. owner is { kind, id }: ORG (the org id, the default), LINE (a phone line), META_PAGE (a Page id) or WORKFLOW (an EVENT workflow group). A LINE or ORG owner reads true whether or not one existed; a META_PAGE or WORKFLOW owner reads false when there was none or it is not the key org's. Admins only.

Variables

The example sends only what the schema requires. Some operations also need one of several optional variables (one filter or another, say); the description above says which.

Response

What comes back under data: a list shows as one entry, and a value as its type.

Idempotency

Send an Idempotency-Key of 1 to 255 characters. A finished request retried with the same key replays its stored response, marked Idempotency-Replayed: true; one still in flight returns 409 idempotency_conflict. Keys expire after 24 hours. Write without fear →
