# upsertTeammateCommissionGoal

A teammate's plan (`userId`, ADMIN; the key owner must be an org admin who sees the team directory): upsertCommissionGoal for them; ids from getTeammateGoalPlan.

- Scope: `ADMIN`
- Type: mutation
- Idempotency: honors `Idempotency-Key` (24 h)
- Rate-limited: no
