# getTeammateGoalPlan

A teammate's plan (`userId`, ADMIN; the key owner must be an org admin who sees the team directory): getGoalPlan for them.

- Scope: `ADMIN`
- Type: query
- Idempotency: a read; rejects `Idempotency-Key`
- Rate-limited: no
