# getPropertySignals

A property's filings (newest 50), notice text in `adBody`. OWNER_SEARCH / MAILING_ADDRESS: matched via the owner. `suppressedReason` set: not live.

- Call: `POST https://server.goliathdata.com/api/v1/call` with `{ "operationId": "getPropertySignals", "variables": {...} }`
- Scope: `READ`
- Type: query
- Idempotency: a read; rejects `Idempotency-Key`
- Rate-limited: no
