# getPropertyOwners

A property's people. `crmContacts`: your own contacts at it (linked, or at its street and ZIP), with `relation` (OWNS or null = owner; FORMER_OWNER, MAILING and the rest are not) and the phones and emails already on them. `people`: owners and relatives from public records, with phones and emails generally only after a skip trace. A crmContacts phone means you already have a number. Reading never spends a credit.

- Call: `POST https://server.goliathdata.com/api/v1/call` with `{ "operationId": "getPropertyOwners", "variables": {...} }`
- Scope: `READ`
- Type: query
- Idempotency: a read; rejects `Idempotency-Key`
- Rate-limited: no
