# findPropertiesNearPoint

Properties within ~150 m of a point, the parcel it is on first: candidates, not one answer (match a house number).

- Call: `POST https://server.goliathdata.com/api/v1/call` with `{ "operationId": "findPropertiesNearPoint", "variables": {...} }`
- Scope: `READ`
- Type: query
- Idempotency: a read; rejects `Idempotency-Key`
- Rate-limited: no
- Result cap: `limit` is clamped to 10, without an error

## Variables

- `latitude`: `Float!` (required)
- `longitude`: `Float!` (required)
- `limit`: `Int` (default `5`)
