# listFormSubmissions

List form submissions (leads), newest first, optionally filtered to one form via formId. Each row carries the submitted field values (submittedData) and the contactId of the CRM contact it created or matched - use that contactId with getContact, updateContact, or addContactNote. Returns a capped page plus the unpaged totalCount.

- Call: `POST https://server.goliathdata.com/api/v1/call` with `{ "operationId": "listFormSubmissions", "variables": {...} }`
- Scope: `READ`
- Type: query
- Idempotency: a read; rejects `Idempotency-Key`
- Rate-limited: no
- Result cap: `limit` is clamped to 100, without an error

## Variables

- `formId`: `ID`
- `limit`: `Int` (default `25`)
- `offset`: `Int` (default `0`)
