Fetch one form submission (lead) by id - its submitted field values (submittedData) and the linked CRM contactId.

- Call: `POST https://server.goliathdata.com/api/v1/call` with `{ "operationId": "getFormSubmission", "variables": {...} }`
- Scope: `READ`
- Type: query
- Idempotency: a read; rejects `Idempotency-Key`
- Rate-limited: no
