Lead-assignment distribution for one form's round-robin pool - the number of leads routed to each assigned user. userId maps to a teammate from listTeammates.

- Scope: `READ`
- Type: query
- Idempotency: a read; rejects `Idempotency-Key`
- Rate-limited: no
