# createEmployeeAnswerWorkflow

Create the DRAFT workflow that hands an employee its contacts' inbound texts (on its lines, else the org's) or emails (its mailboxes, else any). Nothing runs until it is published (promoteWorkflowDraft). One that already starts the employee comes back instead.

- Call: `POST https://server.goliathdata.com/api/v1/call` with `{ "operationId": "createEmployeeAnswerWorkflow", "variables": {...} }`
- Scope: `WRITE`
- Type: mutation
- Idempotency: honors `Idempotency-Key` (24 h)
- Rate-limited: no
