One pipeline's stages, in order (all pipelines: listStagesOfPipelines).

- Call: `POST https://server.goliathdata.com/api/v1/call` with `{ "operationId": "listPipelineStages", "variables": {...} }`
- Scope: `READ`
- Type: query
- Idempotency: a read; rejects `Idempotency-Key`
- Rate-limited: no
