# listSmsOptOuts

Who opted out of texts (texted STOP, unsubscribed, carrier opt-out, blocked by a teammate), newest first: source, optedOutAt, reason, phoneNumber and the contacts you can see carrying it. Numbers no contact you see carries are never listed. Undeliverable numbers excluded.

- Call: `POST https://server.goliathdata.com/api/v1/call` with `{ "operationId": "listSmsOptOuts", "variables": {...} }`
- Scope: `READ`
- Type: query
- Idempotency: a read; rejects `Idempotency-Key`
- Rate-limited: no
- Result cap: `limit` is clamped to 100, without an error
