# createContactFromProperty

Create a CRM contact from a property (id/esId). It runs skip-trace enrichment on the property and CONSUMES ONE SKIPTRACE CREDIT (plan allowance first except in a trial, then real money; checkBillingAction): ADMIN scope, and the key owner must be a team admin. Returns the property with its linked contacts, the new one included.

- Call: `POST https://server.goliathdata.com/api/v1/call` with `{ "operationId": "createContactFromProperty", "variables": {...} }`
- Scope: `ADMIN`
- Type: mutation
- Idempotency: honors `Idempotency-Key` (24 h)
- Rate-limited: no
